Unpasteurized liquid fish. Liquid fish fertilizer is a pure natural fertilizer, It's rich in organic matter, fish protein, peptides, biological polysaccharides, etc. Use of liquid fish can promote root development, improve photosynthesis, promote the growth of plants, and is beneficial to flower bud differentiation, mature early, and can greatly improve the quality.
Pure Neem oil and/or Karanja oil. Karanja oil has several bitter flavonoid constituents, including karanjin and pongamol. Flavonoids stimulate plant immune function in a similar fashion to the terpenoids in neem oil. Other attributes of karanja. Insect repellency with foliar feeding pests like aphids, but not from azadiractins, thus karanja won’t affect pollinators like neem might.
Neem oil, Also works as an insecticide in two ways: as a growth regulator and as a feeding deterrent. As a growth regulator, neem products prevent insects from maturing.
Seaweed. Seaweed fertilizer is a natural biological system that works in harmony with the plant-soil ecosystem. It can directly increase soil organic matter through soil or plants and activate various microorganisms in the soil. These microorganisms can act as catalysts in the circulation of plant-microbial metabolites, increasing the biological effectiveness of the soil.
Effective Microbes. EM increases the microbial diversity of soil, thus, enhancing growth, yield, quality, and disease-resistance of crops. EM cultures do not contain any genetically modified microorganisms. EM is made of mixed cultures of microbial species that occur naturally in environments worldwide but which have decreased in many soils due to over-farming, and chemical fertilizer and pesticide use.
This spray program begins with four health-supporting sprays early in the growing season. These “active ingredients” found in the core recipe for maintaining orchard health are green immune stimulants and competitive colonization. The use of pure neem oil, unpasteurized liquid fish, seaweed extract, and a diverse complex of microbes (EM). This is primarily a nutritional brew for surface microbes and direct leaf uptake that also happens to stimulate the production of phytochemicals which plants use to ward off disease. Maintaining a competitive arboreal environment is an absolutely beautiful thing and a great way to help the trees to become more resistant to fungus diseases.
To learn more in depth about this approach I highly recommend the book "The holistic orchard" By Michael Phillips.
